About the Job:

The install and service team is responsible for the final delivery, installation, and electrical troubleshooting of all signage and lighting systems.

This is a labor position that requires not only the physical capability to perform your work safely but to do so while also adhering to all requirements which apply to our industry.

The position often requires that you work outside in the elements, at heights, in confined spaces, and around active construction areas. Our Ideal candidate:

• Quick learner who enjoys troubleshooting problems and finding solutions independently
• Excellent attention to detail while being safety oriented.
• Physical strength tempered with a gentle touch (Some signs are quite fragile)
• Flexible with fast changing goals and deadlines.
• Willingness to ask questions when you’re not sure, and open to making mistakes. (trying to hide issues doesn’t help anybody)
• You don’t need to know everything (in fact we don’t love know-it-alls), but you need to be excited and motivated to learn.
• Must possess a valid BC driver’s license.
• Has experience of operating boom lifts and bucket trucks an asset.

Job Requirements

• Sell custom sign products
• Cold call, participate in networking events, and target industries
• Create and build relationships with customers
• Gather information on customer needs and create sales quote
• Communicate with support staff, designers, and production to convey customer’s desires
• Experience and love the thrill that comes with a closed sale
• Must possess a working smart phone
• Must possess a valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Must have own transportation available (business mileage reimbursed)
• Sign experience a plus
• Must possess good understanding of sales and marketing process
